do not work with them if you are looking for a solicitor. I would give zero stars if I could. We had a traffic accident and found this place from google. We went there, we talked to a guy and he looked reliable. we gave all of our documents from hospital and they did nothing for months and they had zero communication with the insurance agency, so that they kept calling us to get documents. we got another letter from a solicitor in the UK because our solicitor wasn’t doing anything about the case. months later, we got a letter that says our solicitor denied that we were their customer. we later found out that our case was given to someone else and that person didn’t know anything about it. Later on someone reached us to ask for the documents again. we told him that we already signed a document, they already scanned everything. He got angry with us for saying that and threatened us with leaving the case. He asked for hospital reports from UK but it’s really difficult to get appointment here so insurance company informed us that someone was going to come to check. Nobody came. new solicitor also increased the percentage he was going to get but we already agreed on it in the beginning. Unfortunately at this point we were already so frustrated with this place and the process so we accepted it and sent the documents again, just waited for the results to come to leave this comment as we didn’t want to be threatened again. I don’t know how they deal with other cases but if you are facing a serious situation like us, I would never ever reccomend this place. Find a serious place.

Dimos instrucciones a Mario Izquierdo para que nos comprara un terreno en Lanzarote. Aparte de no contestar algunos mails durante 3 semanas, preguntarnos cuándo íbamos a venir a Lanzarote a firmar el poder notarial después de que ya habíamos estado solo para hacerlo y no enviarnos facturas, y, cuando lo hizo, enviarnos el Cifras incorrectas, estropeó tanto la venta que tuvimos grandes problemas para obtener el permiso de construcción del Ayuntamiento de Yaiza. Tomó seis meses más de lo que debería haber tenido.

We used Lanzarote Lawyers recently to sell my brother’s apartment in Puerto de Carmen and they were excellent. They translated everything we needed and explained how we had to complete all the paperwork and sent very clear instructions. I would recommend them if you have a property to sell.

Didn't bother returning my email

I called the first time. The first lawyer tells me that he can't listen to me because he has to go on vacation from the next day. He asks me to call in ten minutes so I can talk to his colleague. I call after 10 minutes but the colleague is on a coffee break. They ask me to call back. After 10 minutes, I still call back again but the colleague has left. They said 'give me the phone and we'll get back to you as soon as he gets back'. Two days have passed. I recommend calling the police because apparently the colleague has never returned, perhaps he has been kidnapped. Bad service

Für deutsche Urlauber eine Topadresse. Habe die Kanzlei wegen eines Unfalls aufgesucht, um meine Rechte als Unfallgeschädigte wahrzunehmen zu lassen.Der Rechtsanwalt Pablo ist freundlich und sehr engagiert. Das " Herzstück" ist die deutschsprachige Fachangestellte Carola, nicht nur eine super Übersetzerin, sondern auch eine Frau der Tat. Als es darum ging, dass ich Pablo möglichst schnell eine notariell beglaubigte Vollmacht ausstellen sollte, griff sie kurzentschlossen zu ihrer Handtasche und lief mit mir treppauf treppab im Viertel zu Notaren, bis wir einen gefunden hatten. Auch einen zertifizierten Übersetzer, der für diesen Vorgang notwendig war, beschaffte sie uns durch mehrere Telefonate innerhalb einer 1/ 2 Stunde. Sowas wäre in Deutschland unvorstellbar. Danke!

We used this firm to buy and, 5years later, sell our property in Lanzarote and set up Power of Attorney. Everything was done efficiently and on time such that we had complete confidence in them regarding the legal and financial side of buying and selling our property. The lawyers and support staff all speak English very well and are a pleasure to deal with. Most importantly when we were in the UK communication was no problem because they were very good at responding promptly to emails.
