Fantástica experiencia. Me asignaron a la abogada Alicia para representarme en la adquisición de un piso. Su trato e implicación con mi caso fueron excepcionales. Alicia resolvió en una semana, cuestiones que tardan un mes en ser resueltas. Su grado de profesionalidad es de 10 y ha merecido totalmente la pena ser representado por ella porque me ha evitado muchos quebraderos de cabeza. En la notaría todo fue genial y sin complicaciones. Fuster has a good reputation in the area, and the many positive reviews do confirm that. Our experience with them was unfortunately disturbed by our assigned assistant Judith who provided us on many occasions deliberately with wrong information. We had the strong sentiment that she put the interests of the other party above ours. On critical moments during the purchase process, she intentionally withheld crucial information about our rights and therefore weakened our position against the selling party. She even declared in writing that contracts are not 'rock solid' in Spain, thus damaging her own profession... Once caught out she behaved arrogant and obnoxious. We believe that a different legal assistant would have given us a completely different experience at Fuster. We would recommend future clients of Fuster to decline any collaboration with her and request somebody else.

Despite this, our team worked diligently to protect your interests, even securing an uncommon financial compensation. After we have won a court case and the opposing party has been ordered to pay the legal costs, this has still not been done more than 2 years after the court's decision. We then sent several e-mails to our lawyer about this. He told us to work on it but so far without result. He has not responded to our e-mails from the past 1.5 years. Very frustrating!

Fuster & Associates office Los Alcazares assisted us in the sale and purchase of our house. What should have been a nice time for us turned into a nightmare. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. We also discussed this twice with the lawyer, but unfortunately nothing changed. The legal assistant we had to deal with gave wrong information, made mistake after mistake and did not call back when we needed her. In the end, after the day our house was transferred via the Notary, we had to wait another 9 days (!) to get the money in our bank account. This was only been done after we sended several emails, first in general but later straight to the lawyers, because nobody took the time to answer us. Therefore, we will not recommend this company to anyone.

Regarding the problem you mention about the transfer of funds, we received the money on the 23rd of December and transferred it to you on the 28th. Please note that the days after the 23rd were Christmas Eve and the weekend, but knowing that these procedures are important, the transfer was made even though the office was closed for the holidays. We do our best to speed up the processes, but sometimes it is not up to us and when it is not possible, it is frustrating for everyone involved, both for the customers and for us. We want our customers to have a good service, so if there is anything we can do for you in the future, please don't hesitate to call us.

Fuster and Associates are the best Lawyers. They are professional, helpful, understanding, nice and more attributes too many to write here. We have bought and sold our house with them and highly recommend their services. The Lawyer Víctor López Tárraga made the process very easy for us and he speaks English. All of the Lawyers are great, but we knew Victor from the start. I have always said he is a wonderful Lawyer. You can also get help with Taxes and other important processes that are needed in Spain, some examples are Residencias, Driving Licence, NIE, Bank Accounts, Utilities. This is with Power of Attorney of course. If we do come to Spain again, we would definitely visit them. Victor makes us feel welcome. John and Elizabeth.
