In November 2024 we appointed MAMSolicitors (San Javier) to help us buy our ‘home in the Sun’ at the La Torre Golf Resort, Roldan 30709. In just 6 weeks we were able to secure our property and we were more than impressed by the MAMSolicitors team who expertly navigated our way through the complex (at times daunting) process to buy our apartment. Following that purchase we decided to take the MAMSolicitors 'Sweet Home Retainer Service' and we’re so glad we did. Over these early 4 months of ownership we've had a quite a few issues with Utilities (Gas, Water & Electricity), Banking Direct Debits, buying electrical goods, etc. The MAMSolicitors team have been exceptional at sorting these issues out and it’s such a relief to know we have expert professional advice, to hand, as we settle into our new life in the ‘sun’ I cannot recommend their team enough.

Beste Ramona, onze excuses voor het ongemak dat we je mogelijk hebben bezorgd. De reden waarom we je vertelden dat we je niet konden helpen, was vanwege een probleem met de beschikbaarheid, aangezien je ons "met spoed om een advocaat/manager" vroeg, wat we je niet zo snel konden bieden. We purchased a property in Spain on the Golf Resort Mar de Menor, and we were recomended to use these solicitors, of course it is all a little daunting when you have not done this before. However be rest assured you will not get better than these guys, helpful, friendly and explain everything, in english, they made the whole job easy. so if you are ever in need of solicitors I would 100% recomend these people.

I found her to be very professional, personable and extremely helpful, especially with the purchase of my second apartment. Jose Maria assisted me in making my Spanish will, skilfully applying my wishes consistent with Spanish law and Jorgen Diez then accompanied me to the notary, acting flawlessly as my translator. Jorgen also attended with me to notarise a power of attorney. Sonia assisted me in obtaining a short term holiday let licence. I’ve recently taken time sensitive advice from Victor. My Spanish tax affairs are with MAM for my peace of mind. It is clear that MAM are proficient in many areas, supported by a good team of assistants. I have every confidence in their services going forward.

I bought my property over 10 years ago and sold it recently. During that time Victor and his team have looked after me splendidly. They managed all our affairs with purchasing and selling as well as legal and tax matters on a day to day basis. They were also my go to team whenever I had issues with our bank or utilities. I didn't have to do anything and all such good value. Everyone at MAM Solicitors are perfectly fluent in English which makes it all the more pleasurable!
