the WORST communication. Dealt with Tanya in April when my apartment sold. Incorrect breakdown of fees to begin with. Constantly having to chase and still waiting for a refund from June having overpaid bills. DO NOT RECOMMEND

HANA, was execelent in selling our property at MMGR Start to finish in 6 weeks or less, HANA was very patient as this sale was complex with lots of moving parts that HANA handled in her stride. PACO on the day picked us up from the hotel took us to the notary because PACO is a season practicianare he has network of contacts which he used to navigate the process to get an amazing result. The funds were in our account before the formal signing with Isabel the notary. PACO then took us to our and negotiated a speedy transfer of the substantial funds from the bank in spain to my bank in the UK. This is a world record of selling an transfering funds from Spain to the UK in less than a day. This is not normal service this outstanding excelent service and i cant thank HANA and PACO enought. Thats why there is no doubt in my mind PALS IS above and beyond any of its peers well done PALS I will be back soon to see you about my next property.

Whilst an exciting prospect, there was also a certain amount of trepidation as we had read horror stories about the overall process. We used PALS solicitors to handle the purchase, giving them Power of Attorney and also asked them to prepare Spanish wills. We were absolutely delighted with the service we received, any query we had was answered almost immediately by Hana (and we had a lot of queries), appointments were made with Notaries to meet our availability and the process was completed within 8 weeks. Incompétence et laxisme. Incapable de fournir un certificat de vie correct. Juste un torchon griffonne avec un tampon illisible refusé en France. Incapable de suivre une demande de de demande de résidence. Absence des employés, renseignements donnés incomplets. Rarement disponibles, perdus dans les dossiers. Ce n'est sans doute pas la faute des employés, mais d'une désorganisation de cette société qui fut sans doute performante, mais qui n'est plus qu'une enseigne vide de sérieux et de compétences. A éviter absolument.

I used PALS as my Power Of Attorney also and this was incredibly helpful as I don’t live in Spain, they dealt with everything on my behalf even registering my details with the utility companies and the community fees. They literally did everything for me. Very professional, friendly and efficient in everything they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PALS and Dawn to anybody buying or selling a property and will most definitely use their services again. We used PALS for purchasing a Spanish property. We were able to communicate with Tanya through emails on a daily basis and she always answered promptly during a difficult sale from a property management company. Sure there were errors made and lessons learned, however PALS were very reasonably priced and overall had a good experience with them. Not 5 stars, but if you're on a tight budget I would recommend them. Also very decent to deal with in terms of aftercare support etc.

Fuyez, ils vous déduisent des frais qui n'existent pas. Ne se présente pas au rdv fixé par le notaire sans prévenir. Pas digne de confiance du tout. Ils voulaient déduire une taxe, j'ai demandé à la payer moi même, résultat 600€ moins chère en la payant par mes propres moyens. Je doute que le trop perçu m'aurait été rendu !! Prenez un autre avocat que celui proposé par l'agence ( car c'est l'avocat de l'agence), en cas de litige, vous serez bien conseillé.

Cabinet d'avocats à fuir absolument. Présents uniquement pour prendre devl'argent sans régler quoi que ce soit.... les choses traînent en longueur, les informations ne sont jamais données, il faut les traquer et vu le turn over , pas simple de trouver l'interlocuteur adéquat. Bref, un très mauvais service, un incompétence et un mal foutisme payés bien cher. Ils ne méritent même pas 1 étoile 😏

God awful company . DO NOT USE . They have cost us thousands in immigration lawyer fees to sort out the catastrophic mess they made of my husbands residency application . When we went to the office to tackle them about it the boss made appointment to see us then like a coward he cancelled 30 minutes before we were due to see him . His staff told us we weren’t the only clients to be going through what we we were going through that there were 11 other cases , as if that should have made us feel better !!!! We were lied to ( we have emails ) and we do intend to take this further but we are awaiting the outcome of the legal work. This could end up with us having to return to the UK if the damage they’ve caused cannot be rectified and believe me Pals will be paying . For your own sanity steer clear of this company .

Do not use this firm.

We found this a very difficult firm to deal with. Both with contact or integrity Initially we were clients and we were given misleading advice with regard to a legal matter that ultimately resolved itself due to it time lapsing after 5 years but they would not refund us any or part fees already paid up front Then we experienced them again as they acted for the buyers of our property. We found them both incompetent with regard to detail and having to repeat situations time and again and also poor customer service with responding to our solicitor. Furthermore we also discovered subsequently the firm inappropriately advised friends of ours on a new jointly purchased property being bought legally in one sole name. To have rectified that would have cost a lot of fees and further taxes subsequently In no way could we recommend this firm

Great company to deal with.

I had a very bad experience with my last dealings with this company although several years ago I had good service I don’t know what has gone wrong. Not to long ago I sold a property and purchased another in Spain and pals was acting on my behalf I can only say the whole experience was dreadful other than the time it took for both transactions which was not acceptable on both transactions not once was due diligence taken not one time was a utility company contacted for either property no insurance policy was cancelled and I even had to overpay my community fees on one property because they never cancelled that either. The property I purchased as I have now found out because I have a new solicitor and she read the paperwork is illegal. Or it was built without planning permission which clearly states in Spanish on the documents supplied by the seller. Unfortunately for me I was totally reliant on Pals to check everything and advise me on these matters they simply didn’t even read the documents. This is why you employ a solicitor especially in Spain I can only say there has been a total breakdown in service. If you email the supplied on their website they never respond. My advise find another company they could cost you your property.

Gave us confidence from the start that we made the right choice for the purchase of a property. Kept us informed, replied to all queries promptly. Can't fault the service we received. Thank you.

Purchasing a property in your own Country can be stressful. To purchase a property abroad, like Spain has it’s added stresses. To be recommended to PALS in Mazarron, was a revelation. The majority of PALS personnel are multilingual. Our particular interface was/is Dawn. This lady and her colleague’s through their driven professionalism and client dedication, reduced our stress to such a level. The whole process became enjoyable and continues to do so. Given the superb service afforded us, we decided, to use their expertise in securing a Will. After the initial financial outlay, we decided to retain their expert services.
