De beslissing om in Aguilas een appartement te kopen bleek de juiste. De hulp van Narciso Lopez Ortiz en Mario Stan hebben hier ook zeker aan bijgedragen. Aguilas Integra Consultores were absolutely outstanding with the conveyancing of our property, they are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The services they have provided so far for us is conveyancing, NIE numbers and sorting out a bank account (directed us to the lady in the bank that can speak English). Also getting our direct debits set up with the utilities and buildings and contents insurance. They were highly recommended by a friend of ours, they speak very good English. Mario guided us through every step of the complicated buying process in Spain. We put our trust in them and they were true professionals. We purchased a property in the Almeria region earlier this year, and used AIC for everything legal. Mario was first rate. He speaks fluent English, and nothing was too much trouble. He helped with NIE, setting up a bank account, the notaire, insurance, Power of Attorney and assisted with bills. He's also helping with our tax return and on hand anytime for advice about anything. Ich bekam die Agentur Integra Consultores von der der Immobilienagentur Grupo Platinum Estates in San Juan de los Terreros empfohlen. Es war direkt eine Vertrautheit mit dem Besitzer von Integra Herrn Narciso Lopez vorhanden. Natürlich hat man am Anfang etwas Sorge wenn sie jemandem vertrauen, den sie nicht kennen und eine Vollmacht übertragen. Aber ich wurde so toll beraten und irgendwie sagte mir mein Gefühl, das alles gut läuft....und es lief wirklich alles nach Wunsch ab. Da ich nie vor Ort in Spanien war hat mir Narciso Lopez eine: 1) NIE (span. Steuernummer) besorgt. 2) ein Bankkonto zu günstigen Optionen beantragt 3) Grundbuch und Katasteramt konsultiert ( z.B. ob noch Restschuldern auf dem Haus liegen u.s.w.) 4) mehrmals mit der Immobilienagentur geredet 5) Notartermin ausgemacht und wahrgenommen. 6) Bankerledigungen und den bankbestätigten Scheck für den Notar übergeben. 7) Grundbuchamt Termin ausgemacht 8) sehr oft mit mir telefoniert und mich immer auf dem laufenden gehalten. 9) Schlösser nach Kauf am Haus ausgetauscht. 10) Ummeldung Strom, Wasser, Internet oder Alarmanlage wird auch alles erledigt. Ohne Worte...eine Rundumversorgung die keine Wünsche übrig ließ. Ich kann nur "Muchas gracias" sagen und jedem Empfehlen....sollten sie in der Gegend von Aguilas jemanden brauchen der Ihnen beim Hauskauf oder sonstigen bürokratischen Dingen zur Seite steht, dann wenden Sie sich beruhigt an Narciso Lopez. We recently used the legal services of Aguilas Integra Consultores to purchase our house in the Murcia region. We have had a fantastic service from Mario who speaks fluent English and is very knowledgeable, he explains everything really well and responds quickly to any questions. We used their services to obtain our NIE, get a bank account and for full property conveyancing prior to purchase. They also sorted out all the bills associated with the property including water and electricity. We found it easier to give Power of Attorney to them as we were travelling to and from the UK, as a result we didn't have to be present on the date of exchange, everything was done for us. Aguilas Integra Consultores : onze vertrouwde gids tijdens en na de aankoop van ons appartement in Spanje Sinds enkele weken zijn we de trotse eigenaars van een mooi appartement in Mar de Pulpi. My husband and I were looking for a property in the Murcia area during last Summer with our Estate Agent Paco who is the absolute best. We found a Villa and agreed to purchase it. I honestly cannot praise the team at Integra Consultores highly enough for helping my husband and I through our first apartment purchase in Spain. Narciso and Mario were extremely responsive, calm and patient. Extremely fortunate to be introduced to Narciso and his team. Having had a very bad experience with a solicitor when purchasing my apartment, I was concerned when it came to selling it. Narciso took care of all aspects of the sale, which were complicated by the inadequacy of the previous solicitor. He had access to my Spanish Bank Account (Power of Attorney) as I was not living in Spain at the time, and has been totally trustworthy and fast to respond to any enquiries. Finding a good lawyer is always difficult but especially so when you don't speak the language or fully understand the legal requirements particularly when buying and selling property.
