Korte recensie aankoop woning in Spanje met C&D solicitors/abogados Zo rond september 2024 besloot ik dat ik genoeg van Nederland had en naar Spanje wilde emigreren. Dus in November naar Spanje gevlogen om op huizenjacht te gaan daarbij begeleid door een via C&D geadviseerde tussenpersoon. Handig want die vind je zo snel zelf niet. Speuren op de diverse woningsites die Spanje rijk is, nadat ik na ongeveer een week een leuk huis had gevonden, startte het aankoopproces C &D is een zeer betrouwbare en ter zake kundige partij alle mogelijke juridische valstrikken worden bekeken zodat je en aankoop zonder verborgen gebreken doet. Alle stappen werden netjes en soms gecodeerd doorgemaild ter beoordeling/kennisgeving en om te tekenen. En ik moet zeggen dat er heel wat stappen, vooruitbetalingen , controles en meer in dat proces voorbij komen. Uiteraard moet je zelf ook aan de slag met het maken van directories om eea op een fatsoenlijke manier op te slaan. Zonder betrouwbare partij als C&D zou dit echt beangstigend zijn, omdat je dan niet zou weten of alles juridisch in orde is. Ook werden de nodige contracten voor elektriciteit en water in mijn geval opgestart en de onmisbare NIE al van te voren geregeld. Na enkele maanden was alles rond en ben ik uiterst tevreden met het verloop van het hele aankoopproces.

I can sincerely recommend C&D Solicitors for legal advice in Spain. I have just gone through a long inheritance process, which had the added pressure of me being in the UK and not able to visit Spain during the pandemic. Despite this, C&D were very supportive and professional at a difficult time. I do not speak Spanish and I have no idea about the legal system in Spain but they were clear, helpful and very thorough. If you need legal advice in Spain, I highly recommend that you use use C&D Solicitors.

Ons oog was gevallen op een Appartement in Los Bolliches (Fuengirola). Nu de volgende stap, want na het lezen van reacties van mensen is het best ingewikkeld om iets te kopen in Spanje.
