Used these lawyers when we purchased a property in Huercal Overa over 4 years ago, everything went well in the purchase, or so we thought until we sold the property 2 years ago and found part of the property and part of an outhouse wasn’t on the prescribed land, it has cost us another €2500 to resolve and much work by our present solicitor. We believe this should have been noticed by Sanchez solicitors at the time.

Wszystko co pierwsze w życiu jest nieznane i łączy się z obawą i niepewnością. Tak też było z zakupem nieruchomości w Hiszpanii. Duża niepewność z naszej strony bo człowiek nie zna procedur, uwarunkowań prawnych, sposobów na zweryfikowanie podjętej decyzji o zakupie… I dobrze!!! Bo jak się okazało, jest milion pytań przy takiej transakcji. I nie musieliśmy znać na nie odpowiedzi bo trafiliśmy do Państwa biura, gdzie zajmowało się nami kilka kompetentnych osób jednocześnie, w zależności od problemu, który nie dawał nam spać po nocach. Kto inny zajmował się zweryfikowaniem nieruchomości pod kątem wyceny, oszacowania stanu technicznego, ksiąg wieczystych, kto inny licencją, kto inny finasowaniem, kto inny umowami na media. Każda z osób cierpliwa, rzeczowa, sprawcza. Na ponad 200 maili i pytań, nic nie umknęło uwadze osób, które na pierwszym spotkaniu zapewniali nas, że będą z nami od początku do końca transakcji. Zadaliśmy milion pytań – dostaliśmy milion +1 odpowiedź 😊. Teraz jak widzę ile czasu mi poświęcono to uważam, że usługa jest relatywnie tania ale nasz spokój i poczucie bezpieczeństwa – BEZCENNE. My experience of Sanchez Solictors started off quite well, but has worsened over the last few months. I have sent them numerous emails regarding the reconnection of my utilities which they should be dealing with, and have been ignored. Getting extremely frustrated and its very upsetting. A explanation would be appreciated Sanchez Solicitors!?

The "Best" is the caption we are using because this is what we experienced when dealing with Sanchez Solicitors ! After finding our beautiful mountain retreat Townhouse in old Algarroba village through the Property Auctioneers Sure Properties also based in Algarroba came highly recommended SANCHEZ SOLICITORS & CO. in Nerja. When we came to an agreed price for the sale of the property between us and the sellers we then had to look for a Solicitor's practice to do conveyancing on the property. We realized very quickly where do we even start with this and what will it be like and can we even trust the process?? However the Auctioneer said they had an excellent firm he could recommend to us and that was Sanchez Solicitors and he gave me the name and number of a Solicitor to contact in there which was Ivan Garcia. We had flew home the following day and when i switched on my laptop he had already contacted me an introduced himself. The whole process took approximately 4 weeks and the Sanchez Solicitors were a pleasure to deal with. we decided to take the option of power of attorney by where Sanchez Solicitors could sign on our behalf at the Notary and setup our Spanish NIE numbers and Bank accounts and much more all without even having to fly to Spain which suited us due to work reasons and it was a flawless process. By using a Practice like Sanchez Solicitors you get the use out of their knowledgeable staff who do a great job in setting up the Bank accounts and emailing paperwork for signing etc. and even setting up utilities in your names for you all the while Ivan our Solicitor is able to the necessary legal checks with no time wasted. That in our opinion is invaluable in a timely and speedy closing and completion of a property deal. We would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Sanchez Solicitors for helping us buy our Spanish Retreat and in Particular to Fiona, Beatrice & Ivan who were just Fantastic and so professional. We used Sanchez Solicitors as we were recommended by the Agent we had agreed to buy the house through. They were first class, they guided us through the process at every stage, they have responded to any queries efficiently and promptly. As non Spanish speakers, they explained everything in English very clearly and were patient with us! We have just completed our Spanish Wills with them as well. Beatriz and the whole team were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them, particularly if you are from the UK with very limited knowledge of the buying process.

I had a case in the Campo with my House. I went to Ernesto, he told me he could help me. I trusted him and his Team. After 3 years and paying thousands of euros it ended in me sacking him for not doing anything rather than taking money from me. I got another lawyer and then it came out that Sanchez had sent wrong information to the Ayuntamento regarding my case which turned out to be the course of my house being illegalized. He made me pay for various agricultural Reports, over 1800€ which contained wrong information that resulted in the illegalization. Ok confronting him, he dropped the phone on me. Then i also had him do the registration of my cars and Bike. After 5 months of misinformation nothing had happend. I had already payed in advance. I confronted him and told him to hurry up a little as i could not use the cars or the bike for my work if not registered. He said if i am not satisfied i Should go somewhere else which i did. But he still kept a big Part of the Money i Paid without him doing nothing. It ended with him sending me an Email saying if i do not remove the negative Feedback from google, he would sue me... I would not emphasize you or anyone to get them as your lawyer. Anatol

La calidad de su trabajo es exquisita, realmente le importan los intereses de los clientes. Very disappointed with this firm. On there write up they say they find a solution. I think they run and hide instead. We have a boundary dispute, went to see Ernesto who said he would get information from land registry and come back to us. He did nothing according to his secretary he was too busy. Our problem escalated and they did not want to know. We had to seek advice elsewhere. While this was on going a water problem occurred and he has not signed the water shares over to us. I would not use this firm under any circumstances they have caused more expenses and stress. Do not go to any Solictor the estate agent advices they are on huge commission and certainly not loyal the purchasers.
