Raquel and the team moved swiftly to execute my property purchase. I agreed a price for my the property on March 21st and competed on April 2nd; that's 8 working days! Do not use for immigration matters, they caused no end of issues in our application for a NLV in 2021. I would severely question their experience in this area. Bad advice cost us dearly and they refuse to acknowledge our withdrawal of permission for power of attorney!! I asked for a refund and fully documented my reasons, again, no response. Very poor. Further to this they then revealed publicly details of our nlv application journey!!! So unprofessional and intended to embarrass us. I am waiting for an apology.
