It's been a year and a half since we bought an apartment and the documents are still not in order. The seller still pays the IBI tax while we are also paying it. I'd think that for the fee they charge, a simple thing like this would be resolved by now. Also, it took a year to receive the nota simple, and it's been incredibly unpleasant process. The lawyer is good and she did a great job during the sale, but the person who is handling the documents is quite inefficient. Also, I wish I didn't have to push so much to get the job done. It was exhausting. We hired the lawyers so we can have all the documents in order. But it is still a mess and we are still dealing with it. Sorry, but I cannot recommend their services. Also, I was considering the firm for assisting with my taxes, but because of the difficulties I experienced in dealing with Isabel, I decided to look for another lawyer.

WARNING! This "business is a scam." I paid them to get a national ID. Over one year later, they will not even take my calls. I must have called at least 50 times over two months. do not respond to emails either. They took my money and ran.
