If you have a complaint and ask for a reclamation form they Close in on you and refuse to give the reclamation form. I had to call the polce for this. Now i am calling to get the names of the persons that insulted me but the receptionist Victoria (she refused to give me her súrname) has had me on hold twice for approxiamtely 20 minutes. Absolutely cruel Cold behaviour. Very angry.

Do not trust Martinez Echevarria with your business or your money – their client account is a Bermuda Triangle, in which clients’ money goes in and disappears without a trace for years, and your business will show a significant minus in their tender care. They completely messed up post-sales on both contracts I engaged them for and is currently refusing to transfer the remaining sale funds from their client account into mine. In 2010, law firm of Martinez Echevarria was a leader in their field in Marbella, now their performance is completely unprofessional and their behaviour borderline fraudulent. Post-sales was completely bungled: none of the contracts I was holding on the old apartment were cancelled, until payments were honoured by my bank, and I signaled it to them; none of the sums owed to me by the buyer made it to back to my account – either they were not requested, or, when paid, were not transferred to me; I’m still short on a house insurance bill that arrived in August for the property sold in February, and the new contracts concluded in my name for the new property are the worst possible deal, as admitted by the suppliers themselves. They don’t answer the phone, don’t answer emails, ignore you as soon as the money is in, and you cannot even recuperate your own documents, never mind your money. Martinez Echevarria is still holding funds left over from the sale of my property, funds that were transferred to them by the buyer to hold for me until the sale was done; the sale was signed in February 2022, and, although the sums figure in their final report to me, they have steadfastly ignored repeated appeals from me to transfer them to me, as they should have 15 months ago already. After many visits and emails, I was assured that my funds have left their account and I should get the transfer in 2 days – it took 10, and I received 30% of the funds; after which – complete silence again, no responses, no communication.

Absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour in general by the staff of this law firm. Especially Nieves Utrera Jiménez from the Fuengirola office. I then went to head office to ask for a complaint form which as denied to me and I was surrounded by members of this law firm like a pack of wolves. I was insulted on several occasions. I had to call the police to obtain the complaints form. Totally shocked!

I had to do all the chasing for my mortgage completion, I very nearly lost the property and my deposit, the mortgage completed on the afternoon of the final day to complete, it was extremely stressful. And with Martinez Echevarria, there is no such thing as aftercare, every time I contacted them for my papers I was always told my solicitor was not available, in the end a Spanish friend of mine called at the office to obtain my papers for me. Please take my advice, stay away from Martinez Echevarria, they will cause many a sleepless night.

nefastos, pasan de ti!!en varios años 4 abogados diferentes ,y me entero por que llamo yo,!!pierdo con ellos en irph contra Santander,(3.000€ para ellos) y otros 3000 en costas para el Santander !! del primero juicio!! que normalmente no suelen condenar a costas!!me retire en el provincial!! no quería tirar mas el dinero!!mucho mejor abogados mas familiares y bufetes mas pequeños!!al final me subrogue a otro banco, y me costo solo la tasación!! (250€),en el momento que estaban las hipotecas al 1 fijo aprox!!mucho menos que los 6.000€ en abogados y costas !!

La calidad humana del despacho es nefasta, no animo a nadie a que contraté sus servicios, cualquier despacho en Marbella te asegura un asesoramiento de mayor calidad y sin precios tan abusivos y desproporcionados. Fui por una recomendación de un amigo por hacerle un favor, y es la peor decisión que podría haber tomado. Son unos sinvergüenzas.

Su objetivo son ellos no el cliente. Cláusulas Abusivas. Gane el juicio de cláusula suelo, que estaba ganado antes de empezar. Se quedaron con las Minutas y las Costas de juicio. Sin factura. Yo no gane nada. Fraude para esa profesión tan respetada. Recomiendo para denunciarlos al Colegio, Hacienda, Facua, consumidor,... y dejen esa profesión que están manchando.

Que realmente no es fácil conseguirlo. En todo momento me ha aconsejado bien. Ha sido muy profesional, y el presupuesto fue cerrado. No he tenido ningún problema con ella ni con Martínez Echevarría. I had an experience with this company and I would like to share it. Lately I’ve been told, that this company is after people with money, meaning ready to charge high for their services but far not necessarily deliver the proper professional service for that. I have an experience with two lawyers in this company, working on two different cases. The first Lawyer is Juan Rodríguez. And he serves me in an honest and professional way. However, the second lawyer is Antonio Tejedor, in my opinion, should not be a lawyer at all, but look for something like a gardener’s job, for example. I say that because he clearly proved that he does not know much about the laws, he is not professional to advise, he failed completely to work on my case, and looked like he took the case just for process, not for the result, without knowing what to do with it, and earning some money. He advised me to proceed with my case and started working on it in 2018, he advised he would work on the case immediately. He asked for two payments: one - for court expenses (to put law suit), second - for his work. It took 3 years to him to come back to me in 2021 to tell me, that I should forget about the case. I asked him to return the money, which he collected for court expenses, which never happened, but the answer was, that the money had been used for his service. I collected my file from him and went to another lawyer, he advised me to sue him for neglecting my case, as I lost time, which the law allowed me to process the case, also of course my money. I find him to be a liar and dishonest and advise people to avoid him.

Mucho cuidado con contratar los servicios de este despacho de abogados. Hemos tenido una experiencia nefasta con ellos. Solicitan dinero para poner demandas que luego no justifican además de otros muchos ejemplos poco éticos que tuvieron lugar mientras me resolvían un caso, que finalmente nunca llegó a nada. Bueno si, a que me robaran el dinero. Poco profesionales y para nada recomendables. Una lastima.

Nefastos. Para mi fueron pésimos abogados y me sentí estafada. Para mi familia fueron unos ladrones. Sin ética ninguna. Nos provocaron una angustia tremenda y nos cargaron unos honorarios escandalosos. Me llama la atención q no responden a las reseñas negativas. No recomendables.

Una panda de mentirosos y chapuceros, no responden a correos ni llamadas. Te mienten a la cara si vas a verlos, comprando tiempo. No recomiendo a nadie usar sus servicios.
