We have recently bought a house in La Cala de Mijas - and after thorrow reference check in Spain and Norway - we ended up signing an agreement with Ramallo Abogados - in order for them to support us throughout the whole purchasing process: The process is different from Norway, and we needed legal support such as legal docum,ent, purchase contract, bank, insurance and contact with needed local government etc. The price we consider as fair, and the support as well as quick response has been excellent - both from Carlos but also from different employees within the company.
