I recently used Mael for a property purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend them. Being myself in the UK, we did this entirely remotely from start-to-finish. The sellers were located in Finland and also used the same law firm. Mael helped guide me through the process step-by-step, including NIE number, KYC checks, notarization of identity document, setting up a local bank account and the transfer of all the utilities for the property. Always responsive both over email and over the phone, with clear instructions, updates on progress, and explanation of the next steps. Never any delays or chasing required on my part. Excellent!
