This situation did initially concern us but the professionalism and knowledge of the lawyers particularly Melody Rico Naharro who was our consultant eased any concerns. Aucun suivi, aucune défense face au promoteur, et un rôle qui se limite à de simples formalités administratives. Plutôt qu’un véritable accompagnement juridique, on a l’impression d’avoir affaire à une simple chambre d’enregistrement. Aucune réactivité, aucun engagement, aucune protection des intérêts du client. Un vrai désastre du début à la fin. Il est indigne de qualifier cet établissement de « cabinet d’avocats ». As a Northern European, when I was selling my apartment in Spain, I knew I was entering legal territory of which I knew nothing. I asked my Estate Agent a point of clarification. He replied that was he was not qualified to answer legal questions. However, he could recommend a legal advisor. On Diego’s advice I contacted Alvaro de la Guardio at his law office in Spain with questions which he answered clearly, concisely and in perfect English. Alvaro told me his fees were 1% of the selling price, so we entered into a mutually agreed contract. My contact with Alvaro was largely via email as I prefer things in writing. All the emails were answered promptly with comprehensive, invaluable answers. Owing to Alvaro’s knowledge, experience and excellent command of the English language, telephone contact with him was clear and consistently easy to understand. Alvaro enabled me to minimise tax payments whilst remaining legal in Spanish law. I have now completed the trouble and anxiety free sale of our apartment thanks to Alvaro’s invaluable help.

Una semana esperando una llamada y nada, después de la semana vuelvo a llamar y me dice la locutora que no puede dar información al respecto y el abogado sin dar la cara ni devolver llamada, servicio nefasto de los peores tratos recibidos, iré en persona con el cliente ya que no son capaces de devolver llamadas ni cogerlas, siempre en reunión.

Very disappointed in their service! Wouldn’t recommend at all. This lawyer was not loyal to the paying customer and was always making excuses for the another side. They don’t seems know about non-disclosure obligation at all and shared our personal information. We got what we wanted but not because of him. He didn’t do any progress and refused to be a middleman in negotiations and even threatened us by not doing what he was paid to do. Horrible experience!

Falta de profesionalidad total. Años tramitando mi reclamación sin ningún resultado, no responden ni devuelven las llamadas, llamo para reclamar mi documentación y me dan largas,… un desastre. Si estas pensando en contratar sus servicios mejor busca otro despacho, estos señores son muy mala elección para defender tus intereses.

Nada honrados ni transparentes. Se quedaron costas y minutas. Aún ganando el juicio el cliente no gana nada. Sólo recomiendo para denunciarlos.

Una oficina en Mijas, cerca de la caretera principial y centro comercial Miramar. Varias tipos de servicios que ellos ofrecer. Comprar una vivienda etc.

Falta de seriedad absoluta. Para cobrar los primeros pero el trabajo sin terminar. Tienes que ponerte "pesado" cosa que no gusta.

Nada recomendable, te crean una expectativa de que te van a defender el caso y luego en el juicio se queda callado el abogado, era como de pelicula pero en el mal sentido

Mala experiencia con este despacho, no me informaron de muchas cosas durante el proceso, perdieron mi expediente y si no les llamo yo ni se enteran que estaba perdido. Me cobraron antes del proceso cuando había un anuncio que decía que no cobraban hasta el juicio. Definitivamente no volveré a contratar sus servicios por su mala gestión en mi caso.
