Fantastisk hjälp vid vårt fastighetsköp i Spanien / Benalmádena. Vi anlitade Bru Muñoz Abogados, med Tom som kontaktperson, för att guida oss genom processen att köpa en fastighet i Spanien (Torrequebrada/Benalmádena), och det visade sig vara ett av våra bästa beslut. Tom skötte även mycket kommunikation med mäklaren vilket kändes tryggt. Han är inte bara extremt kunnig, utan också noggrann på en nivå som imponerade stort på oss. Han (tillsammans med advokaten Sofia) upptäckte detaljer i köpet, som obetalda avgifter, och såg till att dessa löstes och drogs av innan vi skrev på. Det är något vi själva aldrig hade upptäckt. Han var dessutom alltid tillgänglig och svarade på våra frågor snabbare än vi någonsin kunnat förvänta oss. No sé vosotros, pero intentar entender los procesos y requisitos legales a la hora de vender una propiedad en España es desalentador, estresante y un verdadero dolor de cabeza. Me golpeaba la cabeza contra varias paredes y puertas cerradas. Pensaba que estaba ahorrando dinero haciéndolo yo mismo, pero sin llegar a ninguna parte. ¿¡Has estado allí o mirando esos faros con los ojos muy abiertos!? Ik weet niet hoe het met u zit, maar het is ontmoedigend, stressvol en pijnlijk om de juridische processen en vereisten bij de verkoop van een woning in Spanje te doorgronden. Ik stootte mijn hoofd tegen verschillende muren en gesloten deuren. Ik dacht dat ik geld bespaarde door het zelf te doen, maar ik kwam nergens. Ben je daar geweest of heb je die koplampen breeduit gestaard?! Mijn vrouw en ik bespraken de kosten van een advocaat. We besloten dat het het beste was om door te gaan. Toen werden we voorgesteld aan Sofia. Die ons door het moeras loodste, zonder stress en gedoe. Sofia heeft alle uren van de dag gewerkt, ook in het weekend om mijn berichten in uren NIET dagen te beantwoorden (zelfs als ze I'll was!). We hebben de verkoop in een paar weken afgerond.
