I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors. I previously used them for my Spanish Will back in 2003/4 - which was quite a complicated Will with properties in UK and Spain. I then used their services again last year when I wanted to engage builders. The Spanish law is a veritable minefield and Maria Teresa is an excellent person to have batting on your team - not only from a legal perspective where she keeps her finger on the pulse, but also because she's friendly, diligent and provides honest, straight forward advice which I could understand. She works on 'English time' rather than 'Spanish time' and her rates are reasonable. I just feel that she gets on with things and that I can trust her to do a great job for me.
