Modifico y preciso la reseña anterior, al haber recibido un Burofax hoy día 3 de junio. La anterior decía: " En mi opinión No son serios. Decepcionante. Me dijeron que me llevarían un caso y presentarían un recurso de reposición y supongo que como era mucho trabajo me dejaron tirado a tres días de vencer el plazo." Parece que el plazo es de 10 días en vez de 5, correcto. Dicen que expliqué someramente el caso, discrepo. Se explicó con claridad. Son profesionales y saben perfectamente de lo que estás hablando y además soy muy claro en mis explicaciones. A día de hoy estoy, todavía estoy esperando desde el 12 de mayo, la propuesta de la primera consulta, sobre una reclamación de deudas por la que pagué. Tengo un recibí del dinero que aboné, 80 € de honorarios por consulta, por cierto sin IVA. Las reseña explica, claramente como me siento y si este señor, Sergio Cozar García, piensa que me va a intimidar con un Burofax amenazándome con llevarme a la vía judicial, creo que se equivoca. Mi libertad de expresión protege este tipo de reseñas. No falto a la verdad, explico como me siento y puedo expresar mi opinión sin faltar al respeto como estime pertinente. Ni difamo, ni injurio, ni calumnio. Simplemente considero que no son serios y me siento decepcionado. Y sobre todo, espero que me mande la oferta/propuesta del servicio que aboné. Si el Sr. Sergio no está conforme, puede llamarme, como hizo el otro día, pero desde luego con un talante diferente. Le tuve que colgar el teléfono. Un saludo, PD: En el Burofax, se dice que Dª Nieves me comunicó que no podía confirmarme que pudieran asumir ese asunto y me recomendaba buscar otro abogado. Esto no es así, la conversación fue con el Sr. Ivan, que nunca manifestó que no se hicieran cargo del caso, señor muy amable por cierto. Dª Nieves me llamó después y me dijo que Dª Isabel no estaba y que no podría contestarme hasta el lunes. Fue el lunes a primera hora cuando me respondió. Aclaro este punto, porque aunque no es relevante, se recogen expresiones en el Burofax, sobre manifestaciones mías falsas y difamatorias. El Sr. Sergio, debería antes de acusar, si son sus manifestaciones las falsas o difamatorias en este aspecto, o quizás es que no se informó correctamente. El tono otra vez amenazante de " no vamos a tolerar ....", lo dice todo
