Being a person who worries alot, he has completely reassured me of all the problems I had. He explained very clearly everything even when I repeated the same question to be completely reassured. He speaks both English and Spanish. I felt completely at ease asking the questions I needed to ask, and repeating them if I needed more reassurance. The emails with his secretary before my appointment were responded to very quickly and although I didn't get to meet her, I can see she is a valuable asset to the team. I've never felt as at ease in front of legal professionals. I 100% recommend to anyone with tax issues to get in contact with this company. I already know i will use them again in the future when I recieve my inheritance from my father. Got my documents processed with their firm and would say that I am happy with the result. They successfully assisted me with the following concerns : - NIE Renewal - Yearly IRPF (tax declaration) - Family Petition (reagrupacion) Despite having above positive outcome, I would give them 4 stars due to a failed Mortgage Assistance, which I would say is one of my most crucial concern. Probably still one of their learning curves. I instead coordinated with someone who's more specialized in that field, and got the result that we wanted without any stress.
