The firm of Paloma Moreno-Torres, MT Solicitors have been know to our family and friends for 20 years and have shown themselves to be highly professional, courteous and friendly, diligent at all times and above all, honest, accurate and a joy to deal with. I should like to make special mention of Paloma, Irene and Sara who have always been there for us whenever we had a query or matter to deal with. I could go on for hours singing this firm's praises but obviously I can't. I do hope however, that anyone reading this review will not ever hesitate to contact MT solicitors for any of their requirements. This review is given with all sincerity and I am only saddened by the fact that our involvement with MT Solicitors has been closed for the time being. Really recommended. MT Solicitors acted for us in the sale of our property in Villaricos. They are really easy people to deal with and kept us fully informed throughout the sale. Their English is excellent which was a massive bonus for us, as our Spanish is limited. The sale went through smoothly with no last minute dramas. Their charges were also reasonable and we felt that they were well worth what we paid.

Using a local solicitor was key to me when selling my Spanish property whilst in the UK. Finding a suitable one though was the hard part. The one I was recommended by the agent was awful. I dismissed them pretty quickly, did my own research and came across MT Solicitors. They were brilliant, a breath of fresh air and gave me all the confidence I needed to be happy using them for this transaction. They are also very reasonably priced too. Special thanks must go to Sara Jimenez for her patience and hard work as this was not an easy transaction in Covid, especially where my 'cash buyers' needed a mortgage (and then couldn't get one!!) after signing all the forms. This firm and the efforts of Sara, got this through where many would struggle. Highly recommended.
