L & A Solicitors are located in Urb. La Marina so conveniently located for any legal work required in that area. The staff speak English. They dealt with an inheritance and property sale for us. The Spanish laws and regulations are extremely complicated and it would not have been possible to complete the processes required without their services. I would like to say that the service we had from L & A Solicitors, has been excellent and very professional. They have worked on our behalf selling our property in Spain,, when we couldn't be there due to COVID. They are very friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.

They are okay, the location and way of conducting business didn't suit me and they retained my deposit when I decided not to go with them. So if you do decide to hire these people as your accountant be wary about giving them a deposit up front.

We have been with L&A for many years. The staff all respond immediately when we text or e-mail. The service we receive for the tax etc is good. Any problems we have they are always helpful. We recommended them to our friends who also bought property here and they all have been extremely happy with the services. Dealing with all problems one encountered such as a death etc they are very quick effective and so far after over 10 years we are satisfied. Our only complaint is they moved to the urbanization which when we first employed them for the services required we went for local village to make life easier as one gets older. However they are professional and a good team. The receptionist is extremely efficient.

Appointed them as the "best " in the area with adequate fees for their service. After dealing with them for 1 year regarding to purchase of the property in area, I am disappointed. They still did not provided documents for the process, and if then they are incorrect and do not match the real information in them. Its me who has to translate all and its me who find the inaccuracy, so do not rely only on them for 100%. Always check everything to prevent problems in the future, don't sign, don't buy if there are incorrect info in doc. as new works, extensions, descriptions etc. The only positive thing is that they do respond immediately to your emails or phone calls, they have a good English and they help with bank account, nie info. We are still in the process to finalize the purchase so will update after purchase process.
