Zelfs bij de notariele overdracht waren wij niet aanwezig! En een paar dagen ontvingen wij de sleutels van haar. In een woord geweldig en zonder haar inspanningen en vele mails had ik niet tot een aankoop willen besluiten. Doe het maar eens zelf in het anders georganiseerde buitenland en min of meer onbegrijpelijke taal! Hola, I came into contact with Alicia Mª Gómez Ferrández and Jose Manuel Alegre Lozano from the Advantagroup in San Fulgencio for the purchase of our house in San Fulgencio and for the purchase of a friend's house. The experience I/we have with Alicia and her colleagues is extremely good. They keep their agreements and are not just there to make money from you. Everything is checked out down to the last letter and discussed with you so that you don't buy a pig in a poke. You can also see this because when you come to the office and they take your file, there are always notes with the date when they did something. After these transactions, I recommended the office to acquaintances for 2 more houses and for a business purchase. Everyone is very satisfied and everyone is happy with the correct and good handling of the purchases. Finally, I recently purchased my sister's house with the help of Alicia and of course this went well. catastrophique : demande des clauses qui sont déjà inscrites dans le contrat, s'aperçoit après coup que la maison est sous derecho de tanteo y retracto (droit de préemption), .. on finit par se demander si elle a lu la reserva eti le compraventa car c'était noté en grand dans les contrats on se demande si elle a regardé les documents remis car l'acte escritura mentionne que "sabadell vends à ... , ou alors c'est la seule personne d'espagne qui ne sait pas que sabadell est une banque), ne renvoi rien dans les délais, n'averti pas ses clients que les banques n'acceptent pas les chèques étrangers et leur fait virer le montant de la vente 3 jours avant l'acte sur le compte du vendeur (gros risque), passons l'aventure du NIE non obtenu le jour du rdv (pour une raison très nébuleuse) et l'obtention d'un rdv pour le NIE en un jour (de quelle manière, on est en droit de se poser la question vu que les rdv ne sont jamais donnés pour le lendemain et que l'agenda de rdv est saturé ??). Maintenant les compteurs d'eau & électricité ne sont toujours pas au nom de l'acheteur, 3 jours après la vente... et c'est l'acheteur qui peut faire toutes les démarches pour le faire lui-même... pourquoi payer un avocat ? surtout que les honoraires sont plus chers que chez un gestor .... su respuesta a mis comentario demuestra el poco interés que usted da a sus archivos .. no recuerda sus registros !!!!... triste

Since taking over my father’s property, I have continued to use Advanta Group for all my Spanish affairs and they have been professional, knowledgable, problem solving and have taught me a lot about the workings of the Spanish system. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that you hire Alicia as your lawyer when purchasing a property in Spain. First of all, her English leaves a lot to be desired and when a more complex situation arises (say, an undeclared property extension), she is not able to clearly communicate what is the action that must happen and what is the impact. Furthermore, she was offended and started acting childish when I told her I double-checked her work with another lawyer. Finally, a purchase contract she prepared was extremely low quality: nonsensical English translation, factual mistakes, inconsistencies...
