A great company. Helped me gain a digital nomad visa as a UK national with very difficult and awkward circumstances (most law firms told me it would not be possible). They now manage my Spanish taxes. This is very hands off for me and I am comfortable placing my trust in them.

My husband and I went to the Orihuela City office on May 14, 2024, to seek an appointment. We were asked for our full names and email address to have forms sent to us to complete, before an appointment could be made. On May 27 I emailed the contact address stating it was almost two weeks since our visit and nothing had been sent. I received no reply On June 18 I received an email from Mercedes Perez stating they had been trying to contact us by phone. Very difficult as they did not have our number. The said forms from May were attached and after a discussion it was decided that we would wait for and appointment when my husband's new passport was received. On July 18 I emailed Mercedes Perez to say we now had the new passport and requested an appointment. Again no reply Two weeks later I telephoned and asked to speak to Mercedes Perez, which I did. She said she needed to speak with someone in the office and would ring me back in a few minutes. I gave my mobile number and waited. It is now September 2 and we have still not heard from her. We chose this firm for our legal advice because they spoke English, and we wanted clarity of instructions and documents. Also, as we are getting older we wanted somewhere near home for when their services would be needed I think you will agree their service has fallen way below what you would expect. I would not recommend the Orihuela office . The other offices I have no experience
