Je vous déconseille fortement de faire appel aux services de ce cabinet d’avocats. Le premier contact était pourtant prometteur : échanges téléphoniques cordiaux, Mme Dominique Riemaeker se montre à l’écoute et semble bien comprendre ma situation liée à l’acquisition d’un bien. Elle me conseille, m’explique les démarches à suivre et me dit qu’il faut verser 400€ pour que l’avocat commence les procédures administratives. Après plusieurs échanges et malgré mes doutes, je finis par lui faire confiance et j’effectue le virement des 400€, comme convenu par mail. Moins de 12 heures après l’envoie du paiement, je reçois un appel de Mme Dominique m’informant que l’avocat ne peut finalement rien faire pour moi. INCROYABLE MAIS VRAI: en moins d’une journée, je me retrouve délesté de 400€, sans qu’aucun service réel n’ait été rendu, et sans même avoir eu un seul contact direct avec l’avocat censé me représenter — dont je ne connais toujours pas le nom. 1. Dominique me précise qu’elle n’est qu’une secrétaire, et non une avocate. 2. On se moque littéralement de moi, et on me demande d’envoyer un e-mail… auquel, bien évidemment, je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Soyez extrêmement prudents : à mon sens, ce cabinet n’est compétent que pour de simples transactions immobilières. Pour le reste , Ils vous feront croire le contraire, mais ne vous laissez pas berner.( voir anciens commentaires ) Ce projet, qui représentait un rêve de vie, est aujourd’hui un véritable cauchemar. J’en garde un goût amer, et une image dégradée de l’obtention d’un bien en Espagne, où il semble malheureusement que les locaux se protègent entre eux uniquement. Avant de signer quoi que ce soit, informez-vous en profondeur : sur la personne, sur le cabinet, sur leur expérience concrète avec votre type de dossier, sur les agences immobilières. Sinon, vous risquez de vous retrouver avec un projet brisé… et les poches vides!! ( si seulement , je n’avais perdu que 400€ dans l’histoire ) À bon lecteur !

Sehr zähflüssige Kommunikation, uns wurde gesagt, dass eine Frist von 6Monaten eingehalten werden müsse um versteckte Mängel zu beanstanden. Für ein Schreiben an den Verkäufer wurden uns,300€ in Rechnung gesetzt. Leider ließ man uns in dem Irrglauben, dass dies ausreiche um die Frist zu unterbrechen. Dies ist ganz offensichtlich nicht der Fall und ich muss dafür auch kein Jura studiert haben um dieses herauszufinden. Jetzt sollten wir sogar noch einen Gutachter beauftragen obwohl alles zum Scheitern verurteilt ist und wir auf den Kosten sitzenbleiben. Schade, da man sich im Glauben über Kenntnis der Gesetze in Profihände begibt. Sehr enttäuschend.

Unfortunately in Spain finding a trustworthy and reliable lawyer is not easy. The experience shared here is soon to be published in the media, this story is about how a hardworking family who sought legal assistance. Having explained the circumstances to Jose Maria Lomax lawyer it was agreed to hold to account and make a claim against the competitor business. A number of incidents had occurred causing damages to the family business, loss in trade, and a lot of anxiety and stress. The good news was that eventually after several years and a number of court trials Sun lawyers managed to win the case on appeal on the behalf of the complainant. The bad news was that Sun Lawyers without any permission or agreement of the claimant changed the claim from a criminal offense to a civil case against the offenders. Why? This question can only cast doubt and further questions, is the integrity of this law firm and in particular Jose Maria Lomax as a lawyer. Without legal rights, Sun Lawyers has not paid the compensation awarded to the claimant. The documents and agreement were clear that Sun Lawyers would charge 5000 euros for their work, they received 2,500 in advance and made the agreement to claim the other 2,500 euros from the defendant upon a successful court ruling. When Sun Lawyers failed to claim costs and protect the defendant from further losses they then kept the compensation money. Why did they change the case from the criminal court to the civil court? These questions have been put to the firm and their answers will be published so that anyone who is interested. Right now it is recommended that you should go to another legal firm if you don't want to waste your money, be misled, or end up out of pocket.
