Buying a house in another country, with another language and other laws: it is a dream and a challenge at the same time. And it is very risky, and perhaps naive, to do that without (legal) specialists. Especially if you come from the Netherlands, like us, where for example the notary has a completely different role than in Spain. Long story short: we chose TLA Corp to be our legal representative in Spain and that turned out to be a very good decision. Mati Ruz has helped us purchase not one but two apartments in Javea. In one instance, she swiftly arranged a tourist licence for us. Great service from TLA - I can highly recommend it when considering/buying a property in Spain. Mati Ruz was always there to help us - even when setting up the bank account, making the deposit she was there in person all to the process of signing the tittle deed. Always friendly and happy to help! Just feels so much more secured knowing you have an (legal) expert on your side in Spanish real estate. The process went very smooth for us and would do it again.

TLA lawyers helped me as a team with the best service I could imagine. Extremely professional team!!! They have people speaking several languages so I was supported in my own language (Dutch) as well as in English and Spanish. They communicate very well so that if anyone is in holiday, a colleague takes over and knows your file very well.

Zeer betrouwbaar kantoor, doen gewoon wat je van ze vraagt. Voordeel is dat er ook Nederlands sprekende mensen werken. Ze hebben ons prima begeleiding gegeven bij de aankoop van ons appartement, en vervolgens alles geregeld wat er allemaal bij komt kijken: aanvraag NIE, elektriciteit en water overzetten op naam, op de dag van overdracht de sleutels in ontvangst nemen. Kortom, gewoon goed.

Prima begeleiding voor aankoop van een appartement. Ook na overdracht nog verschillende zaken geregeld zoals aankoop auto, afsluiten elektriciteit/water e.d (misschien niet de goedkoopste maar wel de beste)
