Shocking level of incompetence from this firm for our house purchase. I have so much detail to share in an upcoming blog post about how they are quite possibly, the worst law firm in the world to trust with a house purchase. They are dream killers, don't let them destroy your dream.

If you want a un profesional service then they are perfect for you. They sold a house in my name and put me down as non resident when i am a resident in spain for 35 years. This kind of company should have done their research and not just take your money. Shame as there are such lively people working for them. eg, Gemma (probably the best worker they have)

Beware of this company, they have an employee called Juanjo who talks big and sweet when he wants to sign you up, and he will tell you they will do everything from Taxation to school admission and when you have a simple Autonomo task he forwards you to others and says this is not they do, all the reviews they have posted are fake or by their employees, I also met other people who deal with them for Tax & Property they are very disappointed by this company and felt they have been cheated like me, Beware of this Company, Don't waste your money or time here they will leave you strangled Beware don't get in touch with them.

Very professional, quick response in customers language, in my case in perfect German language, they didn’t miss any effort to fullfill their mandate, thanks to them. Sehr professionell, schnelle Antwort in der Sprache des Kunden, in meinem Fall in perfekter deutscher Sprache. Sie haben keine Mühen gescheut, ihren Auftrag zu erfüllen, vielen Dank an sie.

We went to Vives Pons to renew our Golden Visas. Maria Ribera was appointed to deal with our application. We paid the required fee, produced all the necessary paperwork and waited for the outcome. We heard nothing for some time and then after about three months we were summoned to the office to be told our application had failed. Maria Ribera has a habit of speaking English mixed with Spanish and constantly draws meaningless diagrams of procedures. It was never really clear what the problem was but it became necessary to go to arbitration which required further payments, a power of attorney application and further delays. In the end, after 18 months, the application was refused. The refusal letter was never translated but we went to another lawyer who made it clear the application had been completed incorrectly. We went to another lawyer and got our Visas in 17 days.......I suggest you do the same thing.

VIVES Pons was recommended to me for conveyancing services. My main point of contact was Isabella who spoke great English and was extremely helpful and efficient. Salvador was the main attorney Nd again spoke perfect English and was very friendly and professional. The whole process was very quick and efficient. Ni would highly recommended their services.

Very recently my fathers health took a turn for the worse and after a great deal of research I contacted Vives Pons Lawyers and Accountants to assist me with selling his Villa.
