Importantly for us, they spoke very good English. They helped us obtain our NIE numbers; they dealt with probate for us; they completed all the relevant forms we needed and helped us to pay our outstanding taxes etc.; and they dealt with the sale of the villa. I contacted White Baos and spoke to Carlos initially, to see if they could help me deal with some financial issues in Spain. I found him extremely helpful and reassuring and having accepted the case, Javier took over and I must say that I found him an absolute delight to work with. In September 2019 I was required by the US authorities to obtain a certificate de antecedents penales (police certificate) from Spain. Although I had visited the Ministerio de Justicia website I found it too difficult to navigate and began an online search for a legal firm to help with my request. I came across White Baos Abogados and what drew my attention in the first instance was that their website was in English. Secondly, after reading the reviews posted I felt that I should at least try to contact them and see what assistance they could provide and at what cost The following day I received a comprehensive response to my request for help. The email explained the process, the length of time the application would take, the papers that would need to be submitted and the costs for the application. The instructions were clear and the firm was helpful in making arrangements to send the documents to me once received. I was informed as to the status of application as it progressed and the response from the Spanish authorities was received in the estimated time. Would highly recommend White Baos as a firm that is willing to assist in any way that it can with your legal problem at a reasonable cost (I didn't feel that I was taken financial advantage of even though I was a non-Spanish citizen) and I would like to personally thank Lucia Perez Olcina for all of her work in meeting my legal needs.

We worked with an English speaking real estate agent and shortly after signing a purchase contract we realized that something was not right, as we were rushed to sign documents before all of the due diligence was completed.
