I can highly recommend the services of Albir Abogados. They have helped me with a lot of different issues from obtaining a NIE number for myself and a CIF number for my company to answering the many different questions that I had in this whole process. Very disappointed with this service. Paid 181.50 euros upfront to be told I am right. When pressed to put this in writing they refused. I have had to pay another lawyer to do as I asked. Not professional at all.

A friend recommended Albir Abogados as they had used them before. I dealt with Maria Asin and I could not be happier with the experience. It was very exciting yet daunting buying a property in a foreign country. Maria made the experience a complete pleasure and not once did I stress during the process. Maria guided me all the way through the process, completing forms for me for my NIE number, etc., and sorting out all the utilities, council taxes, community charges, house insurance, etc. Maria even attended the bank with me to open my bank account and attended the Notary with me for me to sign a form so she could be my Power of Attorney and sign on my behalf to save me flying out to Spain to sign the relevant forms. I asked dozens of questions during the process and always received a prompt and very friendly reply. I even apologised a few times because of all the questions and Maria assured me it was not a problem, but a pleasure to be able to help me. I can’t believe how smoothly the process went and I completed the sale today and became the owner of the property. I cannot thank Maria enough for her professional, courteous and friendly attitude throughout the process and would like to wish her all the very best for the future. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who will need this service.
